9/11 is a very bittersweet day for me, as I’m sure it is for many, many people…
My heart and prayers go out to the 3,000+innocent people that lost their lives that day, as well as the military personnel that have been killed, injured, psychologically scarred, lost best friends, etc., in the decade + following the onset of OIF (Operation Iraqi Freedom)…
The problem I have comes into play when we blindly support the decisions of the elite, we support their own PERSONAL agendas, and we condone their murderous occupational military presences, because we “Support The Troops”, as we damn well should, but we justify the orders they’re given by just saying that they’re “Fighting For Our Freedom”…..
I’m sorry, but the last time I checked, it wasn’t some pajama-wearing goat-fucker in the middle of some baron and obscure desert on the other side of the world who was attacking my freedom or trying to take my rights away…
For the last 70 years, at the very least, it’s been the very people in the White House who are steadily chipping away at our rights, which have been guaranteed in blood….
I sure as shit do NOT see any troops on the North Lawn, or in the Rose Garden, waiting to remove a COMPLETELY unconstitutional, unqualified, and ineligible President. Or uniformed soldiers taking a public stand against a radically inept Congress or a Supreme Court who has continuously made rulings ENTIRELY OUTSIDE of their jurisdiction, nor have they made a stop at the NSA, CIA, etc,…..
All I’m saying, and I know it’s not going to be popular, is let’s call a spade a spade. Let’s stop bullshitting ourselves with the sugar coating…
I LOVE, and would DIE for, EVERY AND ANY of our Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Riflemen, etc,., but let’s be honest with ourselves…
The military DOES NOT and HAS NOT “fought for our freedoms” in over 170yrs…
They merely carry out the orders, and advance the agenda of, a few rich men, a few elites…
They call it “Fighting for American Ideals” or fighting for “Our freedoms” so nobody can question their actions or motivations… If you dare think for yourself, then you’re un-American, un-patriotic, etc..
Again, I love the personnel themselves. They are truly some amazingly driven and talented people….. However, just like police officers nowadays, I question the motivation of the decision makers and the order givers, the ones at the top…
The briefing that Colin Powell gave to the UN following the 9/11 attacks was from the Clinton-era…. It wasn’t even officially an intelligence document.. Meaning that it wasn’t sourced or vetted, but Mr. Powell continued to say -> “…these are not assertions, these are threats based on CONCRETE SOURCES..” knowing full well he was lying. Their “Concrete Source” was a hadji sex-offender, who they caught in Europe, looking for a break…he told them what they wanted to hear.
For God sakes, God bless and protect our military whether in training or executing violent action…..but for the very future of our country it is imperative that we ABSOLUTELY MUST DROP the whole idea that you don’t question ‘dead children’ and you don’t question the military…
Too many people have died in vain, lining the pockets of the super rich, while being told that they’re protecting freedom….. Open your eyes!!!!…. The altruistic BULLSHIT we’ve been fed our whole lives, about our government, is just that!
